Deviations from this regulation should only be made in consultation with the landlord.

DEPOSIT, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION

The reservation becomes final when the down payment of 20% of the rental price has been received on our account.

The remaining payment must be paid upon arrival.

A deposit of €300 must be paid on arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure.

Cleaning costs of €50 and any costs for repair or replacement of broken items will be deducted from the deposit.

In case of cancellation due to travel restrictions related to Corona, the amount paid for the rent will be refunded to your account.

In case of cancellation due to reasons other than those mentioned above, the deposit will not be refunded.
